As of the morning of 7/25/2014 I have to report a tragic family loss which needs my attention immediately due to this loss of life. At the moment my return to the shop is not certain, so I am setting the away status for all of next week (28th - 1th) until more details are hashed out. As a sole proprietor with some part time help this will cause some delays in shipment on some items. Some items will still process in their normal quoted timeline, however there are some items may experience some delays in shipment. I will do my best to try to minimize all delays in shipments.
I will commit to making you, the buyer aware of these potential delays at the time of your purchase, via email/phone/ or eBay messaging, asap! If for any reason you are not understanding of this delay in shipment then I will most certainly refund 100% of your purchase price, or come to a resolution on a case by case basis. Please understand this is a difficult time for myself and my growing business, and experience I never expected or could plan for. I am handling this extremely urgent personal situation with no notice and a heavy heart.
