We accept Credit Card payments and PayPal. We also accept e-checks through PayPal and will ship the order once the e-check has cleared.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of confirmation of payment. Most orders will be shipped within 1 business day of payment.

Orders are typically shipped USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Media Mail or UPS Ground. Tracking number and Delivery Confirmation numbers will be emailed to you unless otherwise stated on item page. Any order totaling more than $100 will be sent FULLY INSURED. If you need your item sent overnight, please email us at CustomerService@valuesnmore.com so that we may arrange for the overnight service.

We try to do our best to be fair and work with you our customer on returns.

Returns are accepted for a full refund, minus return shipping, if we are notified by email within 30 business days of your receipt of the item and the item is returned in the same condition it was sent.

Any returns after 30 business days of receipt are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please email us at CustomerService@valuesnmore for more information on returns.

If the product was damage during shipment we will replace the product upon receipt of damaged items. We must be notified of damaged merchandise within 7 business days of receipt of the item.
