Vanessa Cavaco Designs prides itself in customer service we are here to work with you each step of the way as you plan your upcoming event.

Our items are customized and cannot be returned. We will try to accomodate your requests as best as possible.

**Please make note that colors differ on all monitors as well on screen and on the final printed product. Once your proofs for invitations are approved and they are printed they will not be refundable or exchangeable

 Our invitations are NOT printed without your approval. Once you approve them they are printed if you change your mind after you have sent your approval,  we will NOT reprint.

Our Invitations include return address printing on envelopes BUT if you do not provide this information along with your wording we will NOT print the address. 

You must check them thouroughly to ensure they are the way you want them. Most of our invitations can be re-worded or have a few extra lines added. All of our invitations include return address printing...if you do NOT include that information along with your wording we will not print your address on the envelopes.

the quicker you send us the wording information, the faster we can get started on your first proof. Make sure your e-mail will accept our messages...we will not be responsible for proofs that are sent to your junk mail folders, make sure you look through all your inbox folders for our e-mails.

You have to send the wording EXACTLY how you want it printed, we will copy your wording EXACTLY as how you send it to us. Once printed and shipped we cannot make any changes. There is a reprinting charge on all invitations that you want remade.

We only send proofs for INVITATIONS. We do not send proofs for notecards, labels, tags. Ensure that your wording for these items is exactly the way you want it printed (ex: all caps, all lowers etc...)

I accept paypal as payment or money orders. No personal checks.
If you are going to pay by money order let me know. Items will not be printed or proofs sent until money order has arrived.

We ship all invitations via USPS priority mail. Notecards and labels are shipped first class mail or parcel post.

LOST ITEMS
We WILL NOT be responsible for any packages lost while in transit via USPS. And will not refund any payments.
You can purchase insurance for your items you can request it and we will give you the cost for it.
