  • Camaro
The Camaro was first introduced in 1966 in Detroit, Michigan by General Motors. The Camaro was the definition of a classic muscle car and its first generation models used the General Motors F-Body platform offered in up to a 350 cu in V8 engine. The Camaro was in competition with arguably the most popular muscle car, the Ford Mustang, both being produced in Michigan. The second generation Camaro was redesigned with a bigger and heavier body, offered in many muscle car trims including the Z28, RS, and SS models. The Chevrolet Camaro continued production until 2002, and has recently been released in a newly designed 2010 model, taking on many characteristics of the classic muscle car once sold.
