We are located at 15100 Keel St. Plymouth, MI 48170. Please call first to verify if the vehicle(s) you are coming to look at is still available.
Who should bid?
We put a lot of time, money, and energy into our listings so please do not bid if you do not plan on purchasing the vehicle.
Where do you get your inventory from?
We hand pick all of our vehicles. We are not forced to purchase any of our vehicles. We inspect our vehicles prior to purchasing and will not buy them if they have major issues or if the undercarriage is not solid.
Do you have all vehicle titles on hand?
Yes, we have all vehicle titles on hand.
What other fees are there other then the purchase price of the vehicle?
You will also need to pay for the shipping of the vehicle. You will pay your taxes when you register the vehicle in your state or country.
Can you handle the shipping of my vehicle?
90% of our vehicles go out of the state or out of the country. Please contact us for a vehicle shipping quote.
Are your shippers insured?
Yes, all of the shippers that we contract with are licensed, bonded, and insured.
Can you ship to Canada?
Yes, you can contact us for a quote. We can also get you a customs broker if you need one.
Are there any special requirements for shipping to Canada?
Vehicle title must be faxed to the border 72 hours prior to crossing. We will handle that for you. You will also need to get a Customs Broker to handle paying your taxes and fees for the border.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, we are very experienced with shipping to Europe. Please contact us for a quote. We will handle exporting the vehicle to your port. You will need to contact customs in your country to find out what fees, taxes, and any other special requirements you have are. You will have no extra fees on our end other then the vehicle price and shipping.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes, we are very experienced with shipping to Australia. Please contact us for a quote. We will handle exporting the vehicle to your port. You will need to contact customs in your country to find out what fees, taxes, and any other special requirements you have are. You will need to submit an Application for Approval to Import a Vehicle Form before the vehicle leaves the U.S. You will have no extra fees on our end other then the vehicle price and shipping.
Do you offer combined shipping for vehicle going out of the country?
Yes, please contact us for a shipping quote for multiple vehicles.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal or Credit Card for the $1,000 deposit. We accept Certified Check or Wire Transfer for the remaining balance.
When will the vehicle get shipped out?
The vehicle will be shipped out after full payment is received. Certified Checks will be held for 3 days before vehicle is released. Wire transfer is the quickest way to pay for your vehicle if you want it sent out quickly.
Do you offer any financing?
We do not do in-house financing, but we work with two different banks that both finance classic cars. Easiest way is to give us a call and we can set you up with a financing company. The other bank is Woodside Credit at 1-800-717-5180 ask for Chris or woodsidecredit.com. Just let them know that you are working with Vanguard Motor Sales.
I live out of the state and want to fly in and pick up the vehicle is that a possibility?
Yes, please call us with your flight info. and we can have someone pick you up from the airport and then you can drive the vehicle home.
Do you complete an inspection on the vehicle before it is shipped out or picked up?
We check all fluids, if anything comes up that was not disclosed in the ad we get it fixed before the vehicle leaves, and we detail the vehicle inside and out.
How do I know that the vehicle was described accurately?
We take pictures from all different angles to give you the best view of the vehicle, we have a video of the vehicle running, if anything is missing or inoperable on the vehicle, even minor things, it is listed in the ad. Check out our feedback.
Is there a reserve price on the vehicle?
Yes, all of our vehicles have a reserve price and will not sell unlesss they meet that price. Please call or e-mail us if you would like to know the reserve price.
