Return Policy: Updated: March 2012

Due to delays in the printing of our invoices, some differences may exist in our policies from time to time. Always refer to this online version of our policy for the most recent update.

Total Satisfaction Guaranteed

You can return an item within the first 30 days* from the shipping date.

We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise, whichever you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include packing material, manuals, and all accessories.

Your Return

If you decide that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Vann's. Call our Customer Care team at 800-769-5668 to obtain your return authorization number.

Here are some additional things to consider when making a return:

1. We recommend you choose UPS Ground service and insure your shipment.

2. If you have an overweight or oversized item that was shipped to you by an LTL carrier, we will make the arrangements for the carrier to pick up your return and will let you know the shipping costs before the item is picked up.

3. (*) A few types of products have only a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. Those include digital cameras and camcorders, computer products such as laptops, tablets and software and any item purchased from our open-box Clearance Center.

4. A restocking fee may be charged if your order is not returned in its original box, complete with all packing material, manuals and accessories included. If the UPC bar code is not present on the box, a restocking fee may also apply.

Refusing a Package

If you should place an order with Vann's and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the merchandise in the box, please be aware that you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction minus any shipping charges Vann's incurred in originally getting the package to you as well as the cost of the return shipping.

Packaging a Return

After receiving an RMA number from Vann's, you have 7 days to have the item shipped and/or postmarked to Vann's for return (actual shipping time will not count against your Return Time Period). If your return is not sent out within 7 days, Vanns reserves the right to assess a restocking fee or refuse return of the product.
