Warranty & Feedback:

• Notification(s) must be received by email within 15 days of receiving the product(s) if there is a manufacturer defect.  If you have any damaged product(s), please e-mail us first so that we can propose the best solution. We will review your claim and e-mail you back with the solution(s) to handle the problem promptly, effectively, and appropiately.

• After the 15th day, we will NOT exchange or give store credit to any defective and/or damaged products with or without an RMA.  All defective products must be returned in its original condition (sealed) and original packaging. We will not accept any returns that do not meet all of these requirements. By bidding on our item(s) you have read and agreed to all the stated terms & conditions within the auction(s).

• NOTE: Please attention any return package to the RETURNS DEPARTMENT with the RMA number clearly labeled below the address.

• Please note that all RMA requests are subject to seller approval and that Return Shipping Charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• In the event that the wrong item(s) are shipped and/or exchange is requested: Please send packages back via First Class if within the United States and Air Mail Letter Post or equivalent (if International), if we approve the return.

• We must investigate any problems in order to see which solution is best and see if you qualify for those special circumstances.

• If the item is returned to us for an exchange, we are not responsible for the postage costs back to us. That is the customer's responsibility. We only pay for shipping the item back to the customer.  Also, we will only ship out the new item when we receive the original package back from the customer.

• Please read the auction listing(s) CLEARLY before placing a bid.  We are not responsible if you change your mind on a bid. There is an eBay transaction fee if you want to retract your bid. Please place your bid(s) carefully and responsibly.
