 | A: We do except returns. They must be returned in full original contact (tags, etc). There are some exceptions. Personal items (intimates, swimwear and shoes) are not returnable due to sanitary reasons. There are fees that will not be refunded. Please, see item listing for verification. |

 | A: We ship within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on holidays. The actual time is then based on your choice of your shipping method at checkout. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: Shipping is based on pre-weight packing estimate. We try to be accurate.We have removed handling charges from domestic shipping (USA). Only International shipping methods have handling charges($1.25 to $2.00 per item). There is a discount for internationals on the handling charges for multiple items.  | A: Yes, We ship worldwide. Up to where we can get delivery. You can see shipping/handling question for rate status. |
 | Q: What about measurements of garments? |

 | A: Most templates have a sizing chart. The chart is from national sizing standard. But we do give you additional measurements on the item listing. These come from either the label or us measuring the item. We try to be within 1/4" on our measuring. |

 | A: Yes, We constantly are running specials or sales events in the store. You will find them 1 of 2 ways. 1st-On the item page itself or 2nd on each store page of item(s) you are searching for like (girls) etc. Use the stores navigation bar on left side of store page and click area you wish to visit and the sale will pop up. |
 | Q: Do we have to pay sales tax? |

 | A: ONLY those who purchase from the state my business is in will owe sales tax. As of now that is all we have to collect, unless the IRS determines differently in the future. |
