Shipping
Due to the fact all of our products are authentically handmade in small local laboratories, the items that require a more significant amount of work and space will be made-to-order.
This makes sure that no item will be exactly the same as another, and that the customer has also the possibility of personalizing the finishing touches or colour shades of the piece.
On each item's page it indicates if it is available for immediate shipping (will be shipped within two days after purchase) or if it will be made to order, following specific lead times.

The parcel will be expertly packed and handled, and delivered to your door via Fed Ex or DHL Express Courier. Delivery times are on average four days for Europe and five days for the rest of the world.
We will communicate to you the parcel's tracking number as soon as we send it , so you will be able to keep an eye on it online from the shipping company's website while it is travelling.
If you are not in when the shipping company comes to deliver your goods they will call you at the telephone number you provide us with and arrange delivery to your convenience. Delivery times are weekdays between 09.00 and 18.00.
It is essential that the delivery address is clearly and correctly given. Delivery to an incorrect address given by the customer, will discharge any and every responsibility of Mazyta s.n.c.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal's free and secure service. If you do not have a Paypal account yet, the registration procedure is easy and only takes a few minutes.
We also accept Money Orders, Personal checks and Wire Transfers. In this case it will take about one week for payment to clear, so if you want us to put your order in hand immediately, you can send us proof of payment via fax on +39041770134 or via email at admin@venelegance.com
Zero and Negative Bidders, please email me before bidding. Payment is expected to be within 5 days or negative feedback will be left and item will be re-listed.

All items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Some of the artists are now out of business, abroad or unreachable. We are authorized to produce Certificates of Authenticity under the umbrella of all of the artisans from which we purchase our art. There is a 100% money back return policy if any item is proven not to be authentic.
Return Policies

All items are 100% guaranteed to be authentic hand crafted, of top quality and to arrive undamaged. If an item is damaged during shipping or does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it.
You must notify us of your wish to return your purchase via email or fax, and send the parcel back to us within 10 days of receiving it. The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimise risk of damage in transit, and sent back via DHL or similar courier.
Once we receive the parcel and check the conditions of its contents, you will be refunded via Paypal the cost of your items.
You may wish to replace the return with a different one. In this case we will cancel your old order and a new order will be put in hand.
Shipping costs are not refundable. We will NOT charge you any extra eBay or Paypal fees which will have incurred on our behalf. A 35% restocking fee will be charged only for items that have been made-to-order.

Your personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email addresses are used only internal for data tracking and to improve what we can offer you.
