 | A: Free shipping always means USPS First Class. Service can vary widely, from just a few days to almost 2 weeks. Packages often do not get places are fast as letters because they are processed differently. In addition, USPS has made major staffing cutbacks at my local facilities. Please be patient - it will get there. |

 | A: On Free Shipping items, shipping remains free when multiple items have been purchased. Combined shipping on multiple items with a shipping charge will be on a case-by-case basis, dependent on their size and weight. On non-Free shipping items, please contact me before bid/purchase - don't just expect me to combine because you bought two items. |

 | A: Please do NOT email me the day after you purchase an item to see if it shipped. I require at least two business days to ship an item. That is 2 business days AFTER purchase. Free Shipping items are shipped USPS First Class mail, which can have a highly variable transport time. If an item has not arrived in two weeks, please contact me. |

 | A: I like to keep costs down for my buyers. Free Shipping items are shipped USPS first class mail, which offers no tracking or insurance. This is the only way I ship items unless other options are listed on a specific item. So no, they cannot be shipped faster for free. |
 | Q: My item hasn't arrived and it has been two weeks. Now what? |

 | A: Please contact me. I will determine if the item has been returned to me (it does happen, many Ebay buyers have terrible vague addresses on file). Buying an item that offers no insurance or tracking has risks involved. If it has not been returned to me within 30 days, I will evaluate if a refund is due on a case-by-case basis. |
 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: I do not accept returns for any reason unless special arrangements have been made with the buyer. I will offer refunds if there is a genuine problem. I wait 30 days to give refunds for items that have been "lost in the mail", as I find that this is often a fraudulent request. USPS is very reliable, but they are not very speedy. |
 | Q: Why don't you ship out on weekends? |

 | A: Because packages stuck in a mailbox over a weekend can get overheated, wet, soggy, damaged etc. |
 | Q: Why does it take you at least 2 business days after my sale is completed to ship? |

 | A: Because I don't just live to sell on EBay. I have an entire other life that has nothing to do with EBay. Many buyers tend to assume that if you sell on EBay, you must just sit at home by your computer waiting for the sales to come in and shipping out items. I find that I need at least two days to accommodate my family and work obligations. |

 | Q: Where is my tracking number? |

 | A: I don't provide tracking numbers or insurance. My listings all clearly state this. |

 | A: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use the eBay email system to contact me, so I can track it. I often get random emails from people who just assume that I know who they are and what listing they are talking about. Usually, my response to non-eBay generated communication will be "please resend this using the eBay system". |
