| Buyers are not happy when their merchandise is damaged during shipping. When buyers are unhappy I'm unhappy. Therefore I package items with care. I insure expensive fragile items against damage or loss. I don't charge a handling fee on most of my items, but I sometimes will if an item takes quite a while to package.
