| | | Return or Exchange:
If the item you purchase did not fit properly or you just changed your mind about the design or color, simply return the item in its original packaging / new condition and receive exchange or store credit toward any other item (Custom orders to your size are exempt from this option, but we do consider exceptions).
If the item you purchase is a gift item and you find out up to 60 days later that you need an exchange, as long as you still have the original packaging and the item is in brand new condition (No scratches to the soles, indicating it was not worn outside), simply notify us and send the item back for exchange, or store credit toward other items.
If the product you receive is not as described, simply return it and we will give you a FULL REFUND + your shipping cost (USPS or UPS ground only) to return the item.
Our goal is that you are fully satisfied with your purchase and we would never leave you with a product you can't enjoy.
