Shipping is quoted by Express Mail which provides a tracking number which is required if the package is reported as not delivered. We can also ship first class international registered mail which is about half the cost, takes longer, and must be signed for when delivered. We cannot list this option, because it is not available online and is manually processed at the post office. Request an invoice for registered mail.
