There is no “pick at locally” option. I purchased the item and went to pick it up and was treated poorly at the Santa Monica store. The staff seemed puzzled by my request to pick up the item. They then stated that the item must be coming from their warehouse which is unaffiliated with the storefront. This information would have been helpful when I made the purchase. The item was shipped (despite my choosing to pick up) and arrived 3 days later. I hope they solve for this confusion.
