LOSS or DAMAGES
Our products have been very carefully inspected and packaged. The shipping carrier is responsible for the safe shipping and delivery. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, and even if loss or damage does not appear until the parcel has been unpacked, you as the consignee must contact the carrier and file a complaint immediately. Hold on to the container for their inspection!
If a damage or loss is visible at delivery, it must be fully described and noted on your freight bill or any other type of receipt and signed by the carriers agent or delivery person.
DO NOT return damaged merchandise to us (seller) and do not refuse damaged shipments. Inspect the damage and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
