We are closed for vacation from JUNE 3-25, 2008 You may bid/purchase items during this time, however they will not be shipped until the end of June.
Most items are shipped 2-3 day USPS priority mail. You will be given a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Most of the items ship same day or next day. In order to be able to offer a greater selection of items for sale, some items ship from another warehouse and require additional handling time, usually 6-10 days. They are usually shipped by UPS or USPS. Details are in the listing and you will be informed at the time of your purchase.
We are happy to combine shipping on most items and will do so whenever possible. Please inquire before you pay.
Also, if your item is a GIFT, please specify that and we will be happy to gift wrap - if you require a specific delivery date, please let us know up front to avoid any disappointments. If it requires express delivery to arrive on time, we will let you know.
Furniture and large items may require additional lead and delivery times. Please follow delivery instructions carefully to insure that your delivery is received on time.
If your order is broken, damaged or missing something please keep the original packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible. We pack and check everything extremely carefully but sometimes things happen. All of our fragile packages are insured, so please purchase with complete peace of mind!
We generally accept returns unless otherwise specified but you must pay return shipping and a store credit will be issued. Please contact us first before returning any shipments.
