| Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
A: Items are usually shipped out 24-48 hours after payment is received. Usually, we ship twice a week via USPS. If you are mailing us a payment, arrival time of items may take longer. Please refer to our map on each listing to view the duration of your shipping time. There will be exceptions from time to time, but we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
We do not ship packages on Saturday and Sunday. However, please keep in mind that USPS does deliver on Saturdays. Weekend orders including Friday afternoon and evening will be processed on Monday. |

| Q: Will there be sales tax added to my order? |
| A: We are required by law to charge sales tax of 7.0% on orders shipped within the State of Georgia. If your order is being shipped to any other US state, to a US territory, or to an APO/FPO address, no sales tax will be added. |

| Q: When do you leave feedback for buyers? |
| A: Vintage Designer Outlet believes strongly in the value of eBay's feedback system. To help us be efficient we use an automated system to leave feedback for our customers. The system will automatically leave feedback for all customers who have left feedback for Vintage Designer Outlet. |

| Q: How much is shipping on an item? |

| Q: How can I exchange a product? Do I need a RA#? |
| A: If for any reason you need to exchange a product, you may do so by sending it back to us at: Vintage Designer Outlet, P.O. Box 701, Columbus, GA 31902. It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your merchandise, so we accept returns for up to 10 days after receipt of your purchase. Exchange items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Please contact us at vintagedesigneroutlet@gmail.com for a RA# before sending the product back. |

| Q: If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage? |
| A: Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection. |

| Q: Are any items non–returnable? |
| A: Most of our items can be exchanged, including Sale and Clearance merchandise. Please note that items cannot be returned after 10 days. Your return merchandise to be exchanged must be unwashed and unworn with the store tags still attached. |

| Q: I am bidding on other items, does Vintage Designer Outlet offer discounts on combined shipping? |
| A: Yes. In order to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must complete checkout AFTER all items are added to your invoice. Items purchased using the same eBay user ID will automatically be consolidated into one invoice and will apply the combined shipping discount to your order total. |

| Q: What if I need to exchange my item for another size? |
| A: Since our inventory fluctuates, we cannot guarantee availability of products for exchanges. If we have it we will gladly exchange it for you. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to ship the product back and to receive the new item. |

| Q: Are there more sizes available than what's shown on the eBay Store? |
| A: Yes, usually on the listing it will disclose the other sizes available. However, you can contact us at vintagedesgineroutlet@gmail.com for more accurate information on other sizes available. |

| Q: I’m looking for an item that's not on your eBay Store. Can I special order it? |
| A: Yes, since we are a retail store and deal with over 100 designer labels we stock a lot merchandise that may not be listed on eBay. Please e-mail us with the brand name, style number, and any other additional information. If we do not have it in stock, we can order it for you from the company. Prices may vary depending on product. |

| Q: How long do I have to pay for my item? |
| A: From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen, you have exactly 7 days to complete payment. On the 7th day, we will cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale, and file with eBay for a refund. We give 15 days for payments are sent in via mail. | Q: Can I bid on items if I live outside the U.S.? |
| A: Please check the individual product listing for restrictions, as some products are specifically prohibited from being shipped internationally. Vintage Designer Outlet will gladly ship to most countries, however we reserve the right to refuse shipping to any particular country. Shipping charges to each international country varies and buyer pays all duties incurred from shipping. |

| Q: Can I buy wholesale or in bulk from Vintage Designer Outlet? |
| A: Yes. Prices will mirror the amount of quantity that is bought of one particular item. Even though we are a retail store, we stock large amounts in certain products. Please contact us directly for more information. Also, please visit our Sale and Clearance sections for items that are already marked down. |
