We accept
PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Cashier’s
Check, Money Orders, Personal or Business Checks as well as E-Checks
via PayPal.
Paypal: For
those who already have a PayPal account, they may pay by PayPal (an
on-line secure third party electronic payment method.)
Please Note: We can only ship to "confirmed
addresses" for all Pay Pal payments.
Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than
the verified billing address may require extra processing time of
1-2 business days for security checks.

Please
be sure to include your auction number as well as your shipping
address when submitting payment by mail.

before sending any payments. Payments by mail are expected within
15 days from the moment an auction ends or a Buy
It Now option is chosen.
Payment
Terms
From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is
chosen, you have exactly 7 days to complete payment. On the 7th
day, we will cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale,
and file for a refund with eBay. Please notify us at vintagedesigneroutlet@gmail.com
if you need more time to pay or wish to wait to combine other purchases.
Check-Out
After winning an auction or purchasing a product
using the Buy It Now in our store you may have the following options:
Check-Out Now: To
immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will
be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without
waiting for an email confirmation from eBay.
Check-Out Later: If you do not choose
to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you
are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange
payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail soon after the
auction closes.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders
delivered to states in which we have retail locations. Therefore,
a sales tax of 7.00% will be charged on all orders shipped within
the State of Georgia.

Shipping
Shipping and handling rates are dependent upon the
type of product as well as the shipping method you choose. For exact
Shipping & Handling rates please refer to the listing, or contact
us and provide your zip code. Delivery Confirmation/Tracking
Number is included in the shipping charges. However, insurance
is available upon request. On most high priced items we require
insurance to be added into the shipping costs.
Items are usually shipped out 24-48 hours after payment is received.
Usually, we ship twice a week via USPS. If you are mailing us a
payment, arrival time of items may take longer.
Standard delivery, which is Priority mail or Parcel post via USPS,
takes 2-4 business days on the East Coast, 4-6 business days for
the Mid-West, and 6-10 business days for West Coast customers. Please
refer to the map below for more accurate information on shipping.

International
Shipping
Vintage Designer Outlet will gladly ship to most countries,
however we reserve the right to refuse shipping to any particular
country. Shipping charges to each international country varies. Please
see listing for Shipping & Handling charges. All duties
incurred through international shipping must be paid by buyer! |

Combined
Shipping
We offer combined shipping discounts to our customers.
After winning more than one auction or a buy it now item, you will
automatically receive a shipping discount on each additional item
that is paid for and shipped together. Please e-mail us at vintagedesigneroutlet@gmail.com
for the exact amount of discount. Please Note: To take advantage of
our Combined Shipping offer you must checkout after all auctions have
been completed, and you must pay for all of your items together. |

Our
Guarantee
Each season we strive to create a quality fashion
collection that will afford our customers that perfect combination
of style, comfort and value. If, for any reason, your selection
does not meet your expectations, simply return it for a prompt exchange
of your purchase price. Remember, we will always work with you to
resolve any issues or misconceptions.
It's important to us that you're completely satisfied with your
merchandise, so we accept returns for up to 10 days after receipt
of your purchase. In order to keep our EBay overhead and item prices
low, we have a no refund policy. However, if you are not satisfied
for any reason, we'll be more than happy to exchange your item.
Exchange items must be sent back in their original packaging, with
store tags attached. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless
you did not receive the right product. Buyer must email us for a
RA# before returning anything.
To
send an item back to us, please enclose the Vintage Designer Outlet
invoice that arrived with your package. You may use any shipper
you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as
Vintage Designer Outlet cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Due
to our rapidly changing store inventory, we cannot guarantee availability
of products for exchanges. If we have it we will exchange it.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs
incurred to ship the product back and to receive the new item.
International
Returns
Before returning an item to us for exchange, please
be advised that international returns are both expensive and time-consuming.
Many customers have had success selling unwanted items to friends
or on eBay or similar sites instead of paying the return shipping
costs to the United States. We will accept returns from customers
for up to 15 days from the date that your merchandise is delivered.
Return items must be sent back new and unworn, with store tags attached.
Buyer is responsible for paying the postage and insurance on any
return package mailed back to Vintage Designer Outlet. |
