Any and all items can be mailed or shipped with insurnace. If you (the buyer) do not request  insurance at the time of PAYMENT, it will NOT be added.   Items are safely packed but we cannot be held responsable for items lost or damaged during shipping.  Insurance claims must be made with in 30 days of receiving your package and you MUST KEEP the original shipping box.  You will need to take the item, the original shipping box and a copy of the ebay auction page to your postoffice and file a claim.

If you are not happy with your item, please email me.  MOST items are returnable. (CDs are NOT returnable unless defective). Items will need to be packed for a safe return.  It MUST be sent back to us with delivery confirmation OR insursed for purchase amount.  Item must be returned in resaleable condition.  We will refund the BID PRICE ONLY.  Original shipping and handling costs and return shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE. 

****I do ship outside of the United States.  There is a $2.00 handling charge. Packages can only be mailed on Wednesday or Thursday.  Any questions on this policy, please email me BEFORE bidding.

ALL Large Packages can only be mailed on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Large package means anything that cannot be dropped into a regular street side mail box.
