Item as described – We do our best to properly describe items. If there is any discrepancy in item details, please let us know immediately so we can correct the advertisement. No mistake is intentional

Communication – We have done our best to communicate with you and have given you ample information to contact us with problems or questions at every step of the transaction.

Shipping Time – This refers to seller handling, not the transit time of shipping service. Your item(s) are packaged the next business day after payment is received, or we have contacted you with a reason for our delay.

Shipping & Handling Cost – U.S. packages ship insured and with delivery confirmation. International packages ship insured.

Please Note: According to eBay's current feedback computations, both negative and neutral feedback act negatively on sellers. Therefore, we strive to receive positive feedback on all our transactions. If there is some reason why you are considering giving us a negative or neutral review, please give us the courtesy of letting us know why, and giving us a chance to rectify the situation. Sometimes we do make mistakes and errors do occur, but they are never intentional.

We cannot be held responsible for misinterpretation of the color of an item on your monitor, and will not issue refunds of shipping paid or return postage for complaints of this sort. Computer monitor colors vary wildly due to monitor type (LCD or CRT), graphics cards, and program interpretation. Actual color and size of item may vary from the item you see on your screen because of these factors. We strive for accurate measurements and photos, but cannot be held responsible for these variables, which are out of our control.

Payment Information

As per eBay rules, VintageWatchCrystal accepts PayPal and credit card payments via PayPal only. PayPal's system will allow you to make a one time credit card payment without opening an account. We expect all items to be paid for within 14 days of purchasing date. CT residents please add 6% sales tax. Thank you!

International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Insurance Information

Insurance claims can be filed after 30 days from shipping date for USPS domestic and after 45 days for USPS International except Italy & France which can be filed after 60 days. If an item is damaged a form can be filed immediately. Print out and complete this document: http://www.shipsurance.com/assets/docs/Claim%20Statement.pdf You are the Consignee. Fill out as best as you can, and forward to us to complete and process claim. Be sure and let us know exactly which shipment is concerned.

International Buyers:

USPS International First Class Shipping often takes as long as 4-6 weeks. Shipments to Italy or France have been taking 4-8 weeks on a regular basis.

We will not mark merchandise values below actual value or mark items as "gifts." US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

eBay's "Get It Fast" program requires us to ship express and priority next business day. Note, we have no control over when USPS actually delivers your item. Our Express mail rates and delivery times exclude weekends and postal holidays.

Special arrangements need to be made if you need your item delivered over a weekend or postal holiday. You should contact us to be sure we can provide the service. USPS is charging extra for delivery on these days, therefore you the buyer would have to absorb the cost.

We ship Monday-Friday excluding postal holidays. Packages of single piece items are normally packaged next business day after cleared payment is received and shipped the same day or following morning.

Because of PayPal rules, we must ship items in the manner which they were paid and to the address provided with payment. If you need an address correction after payment is made, we will have to refund the payment and have you pay again with the proper information.

Note: This is a large automated operation, emails are not all necessarily read before shipments are made, so it may be impossible to catch your item before it is shipped.

Returns

VintageWatchCrystal accepts returns for any reason for 30 days. Please return the item promptly within 30 days of receiving item, in the original packaging. Full refund will be granted if original plastic bag with inventory tag. You can return any unworn item for a refund, no questions asked, for any reason for 30 days from receipt of item.

*Returns without original bags and tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

1. We will accept returns on items within 30 days of receiving item.

• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Full refund will only be granted on items with their original plastic bag (or packaging) with the inventory tag included.
• You will receive a refund for the item price ONLY. We do not return shipping paid or return postage.
• You can ship back in any appropriate box or envelope.
• Lots and other items – Lots are only returnable as a unit.

2. Remeber that you are responsible for seeing that the item is returned to us. Depending on the price of your item you may want to consider returning your item with extra postal services such as delivery confirmation and insurance.

Return Policy For Gifts:

Gift items have a 60 day return policy starting the day of purchase and must have been marked as "gift" in the note section at checkout to be valid for the return extention. No Exceptions!
