Q: Do you buy in records?
A: Yes the easiest way for us to buy your record collection is to bring it to our shop in Luton. If your collection is too large to be transported to the shop, and not too far away, we may be able to visit you and buy your collection. You can also send us a list of your records. Please paste your list into the body of an e-mail as we do not download attachments.
Q: Can I send you my Wants List?
A: Yes but please do not attach your list as a download as we rarely download unsolicited files but paste the list into an email.
Q: How do you grade?
A: We grade conservatively compared to most record dealers and only 1 person grades to ensure consistency. However, if you are a vinyl virgin please check our Gradings because a "Good" grading is not to be taken literally!!
Q: Do You Combined Postage Costs?
A: Postage is Free for UK buyers. International buyers will receive substantial shipping discounts on multiple purchases. See how much you can save.
Q: What Payments Do You Accept?
A: We accept UK Postal Orders but we prefer PayPal
Sorry but we do not accept Cheques, International Money Orders or Money Transfers. We will never give out our Bank details so please don't ask.
Q: How are your records packaged?
A: We post our records in purpose made heavy duty mailers with cardboard stiffners and are happy to carry out any special instructions our customers may request. We ship Worldwide and have never received a complaint that a record has been received damaged because of the quality packing materials we use and the care we take.
Q: What happens if I haven't received my purchase?
A: All our items are posted by registered post. We will send you an email when we have shipped your purchase and give you the reference number and the link to Royal Mails website so you can track your order. Please e-mail us if you have not received your order after 7 working days so that we can look into this for you.
Your parcel may be held at a delivery office and be waiting collection or redelivery if no one was at home to accept the item when delivery was initially attempted. The only thing we will ask you to do ischeck with your Main Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. If they do not have it then we will make a claim to Royal Mail and you will be kept informed of each and every development until your purchase is found or reimbursement is received.
Q: What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?
A: If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please e-mail us within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise and let us know what the problem is and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
We have a "No Hassle" Return Policy. You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s), at which time we'll gladly exchange it for another item or give you a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping charges), whichever you prefer.
