If we list an item with a glaring error in the description or grading, we will consider a refund of shipping fees, but may require you to ship it back via media mail. If you disagree with us about a grade on an item, we will issue you a refund of the auction sale price, but not shipping.

We process a large amount of auction items weekly and can't play-test each one while listing. We rely on visual grading and will play-test a valuable item if there is a suspect mark that may affect the sound. If you're very concerned about the sound quality of a listing, please contact us and we may be able to play it for more information.

In the past, a few customers have been upset when the Post Office lost or damaged their uninsured package and sought to take it out on us with Paypal and ebay disputes. Although someone could extract a refund this way, we feel this is unfair and will likely post negative feedback to let others know that you blame delivery problems on sellers. There is no easy solution for international buyers, but airmail is much better than economy letter post (surface). On domestic (US) shipments, we usually use delivery confirmation, but this protects us, not you. If you are concerned about insurance or delivery methods, we are glad to answer questions.
