SHIPPING (USA & Canada)

Shipping is free to the USA and Canada on most items.
(Please note: International shipping via USPS does not include tarrifs and import taxes.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping fees are calculated by FedEx and UPS in real time based on weight and the distance that the package is traveling. In most cases import taxes, tariffs, and fees will also be calculated. During the check-out process, you will have the option to select one of the delivery methods. Your order will be updated to reflect the additional charges associated with your selected shipping method option.

CUSTOMS

Customs levied by the destination country of an order are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes all additional fees, taxes, import fees, surcharges, and tariffs; Virtue LLC cannot determine the amount, if any at all, that would be charged by the destination country, for any of the previously listed.

We recommend you contact the Customs Department of your country to determine if any additional charges will be applied to your order upon delivery. In most cases, FedEx and UPS will assume the customs charges and bill the recipient directly.

VIRTUE does not receive any money collected for customs fees (or shipping fees); If the customs fees are not paid by the customer, the package will be returned immediately to Virtue LLC. We will be held responsible for the return shipment fees and will accordingly deduct the original shipment charges, return shipment charges prior to issuing a refund of the original order.

VERIFICATION

We are required for your protection to confirm the shipping and billing address. Please answer any questions via e-mail if we cannot confirm your address through PayPal. This may arise if you wish to receive your shipment at work or are sending a gift.

GIFT WRAPPING

We are happy to gift wrap, or include a gift bag and tissue along with a gift card for a fee of $5.00. Gift wrapping is free for purchases over $500.00 dollars.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Send your purchase back to us within five (5) days of its arrival, in new, unused condition (all original tags must be intact) and properly packaged (as it came to you) and you will receive a refund or exchange.

E-mail us for shipping code for your package, and write the code on the box. (This notifies our receiving department to expect your return.) We will refuse any package without code written on box.

We highly recommend that you return the item in the same manner it was shipped to you, by the same method of shipment, insured for the full value you paid for it, and track your package with a tracking number. Virtue is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. If you choose to use an alternate shipping method/carrier, without proper insurance, or without a request for a return shipping code, we cannot accept responsibility for the return shipment, nor regretfully can we guarantee that the return shipping policy will apply.
