All payments must be submitted within 10 business days upon winning/purchasing the item. Otherwise, the order will be forfeited and necessary actions will be performed.

We accept payments thru PayPal (verified and confirmed) and major Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover). We no longer accept Money Orders and Checks with regards to eBay policies.

Orders paid with Credit/Debit Cards, the billing and shipping addresses must be the same and matching with the addresses found in the credit/debit card account.

For buyers who will pay with PayPal, please make sure that all your addresses are correct and updated inside your PayPal account before completing the payment. For security and insurance purposes, we can only ship your item to the address found in the PayPal transaction details from your payment. If not, we will be contacting you and we would have to reprocess the transaction again.

Sales Tax of 8.25 % will be applied for California residents.

Important Information for International Buyers:
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Important Payment Information:

We stand behind our items and we are confident in the quality and value of our merchandise. Each item undergoes three stages of quality control and checking before it gets packed and shipped out.

• If you are unsatisfied with the item/s purchased, you must email us within seven (7) days after receiving the item, to arrange the hassle-free return. Any return notifications after this period, you will have another seven (7) days to arrange the return, but with a 15% restocking fee. After this 14-day period, we can no longer accept any forms of returns.

• All items must be returned in the original condition.

• The refund will be in the same form as how the purchase was made or paid for.

• We do NOT give refunds on any associated shipping costs whatsoever.

• We will not be responsible for any lost or damage package when returning the item, so we recommend insuring for the package and have delivery confirmation as well.

• All fees for item modifications such as resizing, engraving, over-the-top, etc., will not be refunded.

• For health and safety purposes, we do not accept returns for all belly button rings, nipple rings, eyebrow rings, nose rings or any other jewelry that can be classified as body jewelry. We are here to answer all your questions regarding these type of items before purchasing them.

• When returning an item, please include a note with your contact information, invoice or order number, the item number and a brief description for the return or exchange.

It is our pledge to ship out the item that you have purchased, in the condition stated in the product details. If in case there is any problem in your order, please contact us BEFORE leaving an unnecessary feedback. Your satisfaction is very important to us!

All images of our items are NOT in actual size. They may have been enhanced to better represent the item in a more detailed way. Please refer to the Product Details for all other item details such as measurement, weight, etc.

All measurement and weight information provided on each item are approximate and may differ to the actual item, due to high-volume inventory.

RINGS:

Most of our rings can be resized for an affordable cost. This resizing option is available during Check-Out.

Resizing Fee: $10 for one size up or down (including 1/2 size), and additional $3 each size thereafter.

To determine your ring size, you may print out our Ring Sizer.

If in case your ring size is not in the selection, the size may not be available. Otherwise, please feel free to contact us.

 

BRACELETS:

For most bracelets with ID (Identification) plates, Engraving and Over The Top customization is offered.

Engraving cost is $12 for each side (front or back) with an option of Block or Script font style.

Over The Top is molding the actual letters in block font style in real gold, and then embedding/soldering it onto the ID Plate. Over The Top cost is $12 per letter.

If you are selecting these options, please enter the text you wish to be engraved/customized under the Notes section during Check-Out. If you are interested in a longer text that goes over the limit, please feel free to contact us.

Important Information:

For all orders that has been sent back to us by the shipping carrier due to undeliverable reasons, no forwarding address left, no such numbers and any other reasons, the buyer has to pay for the shipping and handling costs to re-ship the item again. The cost may vary depending on the order. Orders with average sized items will be reshipped for a cost of $5.
