 Q: Are certificates being shipped together with main item?
  A: All prepaid Certificates of Authenticity are subject to a 10 day processing time. To avoid main order delay, all certificates are shipped separate from the main item. Customers may request the certificate to be shipped with the item. Separate tracking will be provided once the Certificate of Authenticity is dispatched.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes, we offer combined shipping. Shipping within the United States is FREE. For international orders, additional shipping costs $4.99 per item. Once you win two items or more, we will send you a combined invoice. If you already won multiple items but have not received a combined invoice, please let us know by sending a message to cs@vividgemz.com.
 Q: What is your store location - Can I pick up the item myself?
  A: We do not have a storefront which you could visit to see our items. Our items are at a remote warehouse. All items will be shipped via approved carrier to make sure all orders are fully tracked and recorded with eBay. However, we have a 100% refund policy. You can return the item if you do not like it.
 Q: I am having problems paying with PayPal.
  A: Please contact PayPal with any questions regarding their service. Unfortunately we are unable to help you with their service. If you receive item reminders from us in the near future, please disregard them. We will be waiting until you solve your problems with PayPal.
 Q: Does this item come in an original box?
  A: Our items come in original boxes if boxes are shown in one of the pictures. Please return to the auction, scroll down to see all the pictures. If the box is displayed in one of the pictures, then this item does have an original box. Why do some items not have original boxes? Some of the closeouts we buy do not contain enough boxes for all items.
 Q: Does this item have original documents/warranty?
  A: Please refer to the auction description. Go back to the auction listing, scroll down to see the table that contains all item characteristics. If warranty or original documents are included, you will see a note in the description table next to the pictures.
 Q: What is the shipping method for EXPENSIVE items?
  A: We reserve the right to ship certain items over $750 via FedEx service only to make sure your package arrives quickly and securely.
 Q: WHEN can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. US orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days of being shipped. International orders might take up to 2 weeks, but they are usually delivered within one week. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
 Q: Can you send my item as a GIFT or change the shipping value?
  A: All of our packages, international or within the US, will be marked as commercial items. We will also provide the correct eBay total order value to customs. We cannot make any exceptions.
 Q: Is this item AUTHENTIC?
  A: Yes! All of our items are 100% authentic. We carefully inspect each item when purchasing to make sure that we are acquiring genuine brand name items. Almost all of them are brand new, unless otherwise and clearly stated.
 Q: Can I ship to an alternate address?
  A: Your address must be verified by PayPal. We will be happy to ship the item to a different address if PayPal has verified it.
 Q: Can you RESIZE a ring for me?
  A: Please contact us if you would like to resize your ring for a $25 fee. Please be aware that not all rings can be resized.
 Q: What type of Payment Methods do you accept?
  A: We accept PayPal payments. Please note that you DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through PayPal. You can also pay by check or direct debit through PayPal. Please contact PayPal with any questions regarding their service.
 Q: I paid for my 2 orders in the same day. Will they be shipped together?
  A: Please wait until all of the auctions have ended and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. We start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed with payment.
 Q: Where can I get my TRACKING number?
  A: We will email you your tracking number once we process your order. All of our packages are safely insured.
 Q: Will I have to pay duties/import taxes on ordered items?
  A: Any custom fees due for payment upon order delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot say with certainty how much duties will you be paying upon order receipt. Please consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations and restrictions for details on this issue.
