Orleans in the 1800's. She was descended from the Free Coloreds, called a
Quadroon, meaning she was a mix of African Slave blood and French
Creole. From her and from my Mother I have learned my Craft! A craft I
have practiced for many, many years, for my entire life! I lived and
practiced in Louisiana, mainly in New Orleans for much of my life only
leaving after the hurricane devastated my home.

Do not have unreasonable expectations, Voodoo and other magic is an aide to help us towards a goal. It is not instantaneous like in the TV programs. This is a Gift from the Lwa and Bon Dieu, to honor my requests and offerings, not a requirement that they must fulfill. We serve them, they do not serve us.
