Shipping & Handling
Carrier: We ship using the United States Postal Service. Options vary by item and may include USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Media Mail, First Class, Global Priority, Global Economy Parcel Post and Global Economy Letter Post. If the price paid for shipping is close to the Priority Mail cost to ship, we may choose to ship by Priority Mail for faster delivery. All items are subject to USPS guidelines for their specific shipping methods, weight restrictions and transit times. First Class Mail is limited to 13 oz. including packaging. Processing Time: Seller usually ships within 3 business days of payment clearing. PayPal may delay payments on certain transactions. Please visit PayPal. com for information.
Handling: A nominal handling fee is charged to cover packaging materials and handling.
Insurance: Not responsible for loss or damage in shipping, insurance is optional and recommended. Insurance may be required on expensive, collectible or fragile items. Insurance is only available to shipments within the US.
Combined Shipping: We combine shipping on items purchased the same day at combined weight and insurance rate plus $1.50 each additional item. Visit our EBay Store: WANDERLUST BARGAINS. Some items cannot be combined due to their weight or size. Shoes may be combined if the winning buyer sends a request to 'not include the manufacturer's shoe box in the sale/shipment' by selecting Contact Seller the same day the item closes. Combining purchases may eliminate the choice of shipping First Class Mail as this is limited by the USPS to 13 ounces total weight, including packaging.
Worldwide Shipping: We will ship most items Worldwide. Options vary by item and may include USPS Global Priority, Global Economy Parcel Post and Global Economy Letter Post. Worldwide shipping options are limited by carrier and country restrictions. Sometimes these restrictions may not be evident until we attempt to ship the item, due to the number of countries, their restrictions and delivery options available. If this happens, we will contact you with specific shipping options/prices and offer to cancel the sale if the information varies significantly from the shipping information in the item description. Buyer is responsible for any duties, customs, fees, taxes or restrictions imposed by any governing body. Not responsible for loss or damage in shipping. Insurance is not available on shipments outside of the U.S.
Transit Times: are provided by carrier, and the shipping option chosen by the buyer. The seller is not responsible for delivery times once the item is shipped.

Refund through Paypal if item is returned by buyer within 7 days of receipt as determined by the delivery confirmation. Must be in unused, unworn, tags attached, as sold condition. Any manufacturer materials, boxes and/or instructions must be included in the return. Seller verifies condition.
December Purchases Only can be returned until December 31st of the same year.
Care in packaging is required. Returns must meet USPS guidelines for propert packaging and, as such, be eligible for insurance reimbursement if necessary. Please visit USPS.com for guidelines. Due to prior fraud issues, returned items not received will be handled on an individual basis and may not be eligible for refund.
Requires prior email notification, USPS shipping with Insurance for the purchase value. Buyer must email seller with insurance tracking number within 7 business days of receiving item. Buyer pays ALL shipping costs for original purchase and return of item. Refunds are not provided for shipping, handling, insurance and any portion of the sale listed as charitable contribution proceeds. A 15% restocking fee is deducted. Refunds are paid through PayPal Only.
Some items are nonrefundable: books, DVDs, music, intimates, holiday items, bathing suits, used shoes and any item that does not include the refund option in the listing.
Feedback
Feedback is posted after Buyer feedback is received to indicate transaction complete. We strive to leave specific, positive feedback. Negative feedback will be left when a buyer does not pay for an item, unless an exception for nonpayment has been authorized by email after the buyer has contacted us through the Contact Seller or Unpaid Item Dispute forums.
