Shipping & Handling
Carrier: We ship using the United States Postal Service for almost all items. Very large items may be shipped using another carrier such as UPS. Options vary by item and may include USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Media Mail, First Class, or Global Priority. If the price paid for shipping is close to the Priority Mail cost to ship, we may choose to ship by Priority Mail for faster delivery. All items are subject to USPS guidelines for their specific shipping methods, weight restrictions, dimension restrictions and transit times. First Class Mail is limited to 13 oz. including packaging. Processing Time: Seller usually ships within 3 business days of payment clearing. PayPal may delay payments on certain transactions. Please visit PayPal. com for information. International shipments or items requiring extra packaging and handling due to size may take longer.
Handling: A nominal handling fee is charged to cover packaging materials and handling.
Combined Shipping: We combine shipping on items purchased the same day at combined weight plus $1.50 each additional item. Often we reduce the additional item fee however, this is at our discretion. Items must be paid on the SAME INVOICE to receive shipping discounts. Please contact us prior to payment if an item is requiring immediate purchase and you would like to combine shipping with additional items. Combining purchases may eliminate the choice of shipping First Class Mail as this is limited by the USPS to 13 ounces total weight, including packaging.
International Shipping: We only ship to countries included in the drop-down menu under the shipping options. We have eliminated worldwide shipping due to previous issues with delivery or known high instances of security or fraud. We also only offer USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship Economy or 1st Class International. The shipping rate is based on USPS quoted rates plus a nominal handling fee of approximately $2.00 for international shipments. If the shipping is high due to the cost of the item, you may consider combining purchases to reduce per item shipping costs. Shipping is subject to carrier and country restrictions. Sometimes these restrictions may not be evident until we attempt to ship the item, due to the number of countries and their individual import restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund your purchase payment if we do not discover, until we prepare the item for shipment, that the item cannot be shipped to your country. We only ship to the address listed on your PayPal and eBay accounts for delivery. We will not break the law and mark the item as a gift. Buyer is responsible for any duties, customs, fees, taxes or restrictions imposed by any governing body. Wanderlust Bargains is not responsible for loss or damage in shipping. Insurance is not available on shipments outside of the U.S. Seller is not responsible for delays in shipments, fees, taxes, surcharges, or actions taken by customs.
Transit Times: are provided by carrier, and the shipping option chosen by the buyer. The seller is not responsible for delivery times once the item is shipped.

The domestic handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment (that is, after the funds have been deposited into the seller’s account). Refunds are through Paypal if item is returned by the buyer within 7 days of receipt as determined by the delivery confirmation. Item must be in unused, unworn, tags attached, as sold condition. Any manufacturer materials, boxes and/or instructions must be included in the return. Seller verifies condition.
December Purchases Only can be returned until December 31st of the same year.
Care in packaging is required. Returns must meet USPS guidelines for propert packaging and, as such, be eligible for insurance reimbursement if necessary. Please visit USPS.com for guidelines. Returned items not received cannot be refunded. All refunds require prior email notification, USPS shipping with delivery confirmation. Buyer must email seller, through eBay, with insurance or delivery number within 7 business days of receiving item. Buyer pays ALL shipping costs for original purchase and return of item. Refunds are not provided for shipping, handling, insurance and any portion of the sale listed on the item as charitable contribution proceeds. A 15% restocking fee may be deducted. Refunds are paid through PayPal Only. Insurance is optional. Items that are received damaged, even if by carrier, are not eligible for refunds. Items not received in the same condition as shipped by seller are not eligible for refunds either. The determination of a refund is at the sole discretion of the seller based on the above guidelines. Some items are nonrefundable: books, DVDs, music, intimates, holiday items, bathing suits, used shoes and any item that does not include the refund option in the listing.
