After winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you will receive an email from Webfurs to arrange payment.

• All payments must be received within 7 days of auction end.
• For your convenience, Webfurs gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, (Thru PAYPAL ONLY, TO CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY)
• Personal checks wait 10 days, and Money Orders or cashiers checks accepted.
• Please make payable to Webfurs and mail to 345 Seventh Avenue, 3rd Floor. New York, NY 10001
• Bank Wire Transfer available…email us for banking information.
• New York state residents are required to pay 8.375% sales tax.
• WE ACCEPT BANK WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENTS ONLY FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags). We accept returns on items for 5 days after receipt of goods, only if the item does not meet the listing specifications.

• Buyer must contact Webfurs for PRE-APPROVAL on all returns. Please email our customer service department for returns or exchanges.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• We charge a 15% restocking fee for all returned items
• Re-stocking fee is waived for exchanges of equal or greater value.
