EMAILS:
We work very hard to answer all emails within 24 hours or less. During the peak busy season (Christmas) we may be a little behind. We do not work on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays so please keep this in mind when expecting a reply from us. Thanks for your understanding.
SHIPPING:
Most orders ship within 24 hours of our receipt of payment (except personal checks which are held 10-14 days until they clear our bank). We send you a tracking number email to your PayPal email address at the time we ship your order. Please check your "bulk mail" folder as these tracking emails commonly get placed in there by your email system.
All shipping prices are for delivery to any destination in the Continental USA only. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & USVI may be higher or not possible on larger items. Please inquire prior to placing your order or bid.)
COMBINED SHIPPING:
YES, We love to combine multiple items to save you on shipping fees!!
When you are DONE shopping (either by "Buy It Now"s or All of the auctions you bid on and won have ended), please request a COMBINED INVOICE either by email to: DirtBikeGeorge@excite.com or through your eBay BUYING section. You will then be sent a combined invoice to pay from.
RULE OF THUMB: How to figure Combined Shipping: Normally, you can figure shipping on the highest shipping price, and 1/2 of the stated shipping costs on all additional items. If actual shipping is much lower than this we will promptly refund the difference to you.
NOTE: In some instances we may sell large items that ship in one large box. In this case, if you purchase two of those items we cannot combine them into one box to save you on shipping cost. If you have any question please inquire prior to bidding. Thank you.
