Do you combine shipping?
YES! We combine shipping and will automatically send you a combined invoice to pay from. You can also request the total from us through your eBay buying section.

Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately due to extra handling, paperwork, high shipping costs and shipping delays (beyond our control) caused by security screenings, customs clearing, etc., we no longer ship to destinations outside of the USA or to APO or FPO locations. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.

What payment methods do you accept?
For fastest delivery we prefer payment by PayPal but we also accept checks, money orders and well concealed cash. (NOTE: please allow 10-14 days extra for personal checks to clear our bank. We do not accept checks from any new ebay members with less than 5 positive feedbacks.)
Please include your ebay item number(s) on all payments so we can mark those items paid in the eBay system. Also include your email address on mailed in payments if you would like us to email you shipment tracking information.  

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Why haven't I received any emails from you?
WE EMAIL THE SHIPMENT TRACKING INFORMATION TO YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS. If you have purchased an item from us and have not received any emails, please be sure your spam filters are allowing our emails to go through. Check your "bulk mail" folder in your email account as messages may be filtered to there.

Your shipping address:
We ship to the address of the PayPal account that you use to pay for your order. If you need your order shipped to a different address then please specify that address in the notes section of your payment.

When will I receive my order?
We ship most orders from our New Jersey warehouse within 24 hours of payment clearing. PayPal e-checks and Personal checks may be held for 10 days while they clear our bank. Please allow for 7-10 days for your order to arrive after making your payment.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products and if you're not happy with your purchase we will be happy to make an exchange or refund of the product price less shipping charges (within 14 days of receipt of your order).

-New Unopened Items may be returned within 14 days for exchange, credit or refund of the full item price less shipping charges. Please contact us in advance for return authorization. Item must be returned in the same condition as you received it in.
-Sorry we do not accept returns of used items.-Items returned to us by the shipping carrier are subject to a 10% restocking fee (unless it was our error).

Do you charge tax?
We are required to charge 7% tax on all orders shipped to New Jersey. Orders shipped to all states other than New Jersey have no sales tax.
