We routinely ship 8 yards of cotton fabric in a flat rate envelope $5.75 (domestic) $11.95 (Int'l) & $9.95 (Canada) - FLANNEL would be approx 4 yds. There is also the Flat Rate Box for $10.50 (USA) and $39.95 to some International Countries which I can fit up to 18-20 yds regular cotton OR 10 yds of flannel. Prequilted and Fleece please ask for shipping rates. Be sure to send us an email asking for combined shipping before you pay for anything. Also, we do not accept PayPal for items which total less than $10 (does include shipping/insurance).
