Shipping Information:
- Free Shipping applies on most items. Some items, I will use a Flat Rate or the eBay shipping calculator based on your postal code and sometimes I will split the shipping with you.
- I leave insurance optional. BUT...Beware, that if the item is lost or damaged, we are not responsible.
- I ship Tuesday and Wednesday. When I am in town I will ship all week for you. I am also a Mobile Dog Show Vendor and I am at the Dog Shows from Thursday through Sunday, home Monday, most weeks of the year.
- If you have a custom order, allow 2 weeks plus shipping time.
Return Policy:
- I take returns for Exchange and Store Credit Only for actual cost of the item less shipping charges and insurance cost.
- If an Item has FREE SHIPPING, the buyer will still pay return postage if the item needs to be returned.
- Notify me within 2 days of receipt of item
- Item must be returned within 7 days, in original packaging and in new / unused condition.
