I ordered this kit for my mom because she had seen ours and liked how well it worked and how light weight it was as well as the ease of use. The kit arrived quickly but it was missing the batteries so I contacted the vendor and they shipped the batteries and apologized for the issue. I would definitely recommend them and Worx brand products.
