Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please contact via Ebay Messages. Any claim must be received wthin 7 days of receipt of item. We do not refund shipping & handling charges and Charge a 20% restocking fee in the event of a refused or returned item, however we will in the event of a defective or damaged item. Return shipping is the buyers respondability. Please allow 48 hrs for reply.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We combine shipping on all items when possible. We will send you an invoice with the combined shipping. Please wait for it before making payment. International shipping will be by the weight of the package shipped. United States is the highest shipping for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item. Some items may be less because of weight.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: All merchandise is shipped via UNITED PARCEL SERVICE, US Postal Service. Please allow 7-14 business days(excludes Weekends & Holidays) for shipping orders. International Shipments my be longer. USPS International Air Mail countries such as the U.K.,Australia,France,Italy can be longer
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: United States shipping is flat rate shipping and includes the handling charge of $1.65. You can email us to confirm the shipping. International Shipments are by package weight and assessed a $4.65 handling surcharge to cover extra customs forms required. APO Military Shipments will be assessed a $3.65 handling surcharge to cover extra custom forms
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We DO ship Internationally. We ship orders by USPS International Air Mail 4-10 days countries such as the U.K., Australia, France, Italy, can take much longer. The warehouse will not ship to some International addresses and we will email to refund payment if this happens.
Q: How can I pay for my merchandise? What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards and Electronic Echecks thru Paypal. No waiting for checks to process or money orders which may have been misdirected in the mail. If mailing payment please email so we can reserve the items.

Q: When will you leave feedback?
A: We always leave positive feeback for completed transactions after positive feedback is left for us.That is when we feel transaction is complete. Please leave feedback as soon as you receive your purchase and we will promptly reciprocate.If there is a problem email using Ebay Messages before you leave feedback,so we can fix it.We have to know there is a problem first.
Q: How do I contact you?
A: We use eBay's My Messages for all contact so you know it is from us. We think that all emails should be through eBay to make it safe for everyone.EBay even states you should check your my messages before replying to any email you may receive from an eBay member.
Q: Returns Marked Undeliverable or Refused.
A: 2/19/07 Please be advised that orders returned and noted by the freight company as follows " ATTEMPTED NOT KNOWN ". It is now policy that all packages returned due to being undeliverable or refused to be refunded less shipping and less a 20% restocking fee. In order to ship your purchase you must place a new order and include shipping.

We ship collectibles all over the World. If you are outside the Continental United States, shipping cost is based entirely on the weight of the package.   Overseas orders are shipped by Airmail with DECLARED VALUE and INSURANCE.

If items are received damaged an insurance claim will be filed.  You will be promptly reimbursed or have your order shipped again. Please keep all packing materials and the shipping box until after the claim has been settled.  If you dispose of the shipping box and packing materials prior to the claim being settled,  you will void your claim, as the shipper often times will need to pick them up prior to settling a claim.

If an order contains an item(s) that are on EXTENDED BACKORDER, that order will be shipped without that item(s).  The backordered item(s) will be refunded and you will have to purchase item(s) once they are released by the manufacturer and delivered to us.  A separate shipping charge will apply.

Please provide a UPS STREET ADDRESS for your items to be shipped to. Shipping to your place of business is fine. NO POSTAL BOXES please. I have had problems with these in the recent past and will not ship to them anymore.  If an order comes in that only has a P.O. Box address, the item will be shipped at the buyers risk.  We will NOT be responsible for items shipped to P.O. Boxes!
