    I am originally from St. Thomas U.S.V.I.  My husband, Todd is from Pennsylvania. I work a full time job M - F in gainesville. GO GATORS! along with answering email questions from my customers thru out the day. E-Bay allows Todd to stay home and watch our daughter's grow up and keep our E-bay Business growing. It has always been our mission to only provide quality products to our customers. We are working hard to be the best  seller.

How we do business: Todd starts every day at 4am packing the orders from the day before. Every order is processed done one at a time after it is paid in the order it is paid to insure quality control and accuracy. Buyers buying multiple items on 1 invoice your items are shipped as payed. if you pay combined then they are all placed together so that an appropriate shipping box can be chosen and the order is packed. We then move onto the next paid order. If you are buying something that says "it is like product shown" we will do are very best to make sure that you do receive items just like in the photo shown we do ask that you allow for lighter or darker tints and shapes. Please do not expect an exact to what is shown in the photo unless the ad has an item number for the item and says you will receive the actual item in the photo. Each shell and starfish is unique and is all natural and #1 quality. If you are buying something with an item number then you will receive the item that is in the photo.  Any item that says "+" in it means we always add extra, especially in TAN starfish and BULK shell orders to ALLOW for any possible broken points or cracked shells. Again keep in mind they are natural. We package everything very well so that it makes it to you safely. If you have talk to your carrier to let him/her know that you have a package coming. we will always do our very best to insure you have a great ebay experience!
