Contacted seller immediately, as what arrived in box was NOT what was ordered, not even what was described on box - included pics. Seller communication is lousy, as it took over a week for them to contact me back from THEIR promise date of “tomorrow”. Then, sends used, road grimed parts as new expecting me to be satisfied. Over a month of this! Then, they blame the manufacturer. Hello - WHO SOLD THEM? Buyer - stay away from this seller as CLEARLY they want your $$, but no customer satisfaction.

The manufacturer put the wrong caps on the pontoon guide posts I sold him. I asked them to send him the correct caps and they sent him used ones because they stated that's all they had left in stock. I have no idea why they thought that was acceptable. I offered the customer to return them for free and he refused.
