  • How can I know if the lenses will fit my glasses?
    Find the SKU# of your glasses, normally it is on the arm or your original glasses box, then go to o-review.com, or oakley.com, or google it, find the name of your glasses. If the name matches the name in the item title, it will fit. Some glasses have multiple derivatives, the lenses will NOT fit each other.

  • What does Gascan(Asian Fit) mean?
    Gascan(Asian Fit) is an Oakley glasses model, it is different from regular Gascan nor Gascan S. The lenses are NOT exchangable.
  • Do you offer combined shipping?
    Yes. It will cost $8.99 for the first item, $4 for each additional item.
  • Where can I find the tracking number?
    We ship by USPS first class or USPS first class international. No tracking number for international shipping, there is only a custom number. You should have received it in your email when the item was shipped. You can use the custom number to obtain some information in USPS website. It could take 6 weeks to be delivered.

  • How to remove the protective film?
    Use your nail scratch a little bit from the edge, and pull. Please see the 4th or 5th picture on eBay item page for a half removed film.

  • The color is different from the color in the picture.
    All pictures are taken by professional photographers under studio light. Since the colors varies among different light conditions, different viewing angles, different monitors and even different individuals, the colors of actual item might be slightly different from colors in the picture. The color difference is not quality defects.
  • The lenses don't fit my glasses, what should I do?
    There are many reasons for unfit. Please tell me the following information:
    1. please let me know the mark on the box (or the barcode)
    2. please let me know the SKU# of your glasses, normally it should be on the arm or your original glases box
    3. please let me know how the lenses fit, is it almost fit, or it is very different from your glasses?
  • My emerald lenses look not green but blue or purple, why is that?
    The color of our emerald lenses keep changing from different viewpoints and different light conditions. The color is green if you look at is from front. That is how we took the picture. The color will be different if being looked from side.
  • The tracking information showed the package was delivered but I did not receive it, what should I do?
    1. Check the shipping address in the shipping email, make sure it is correct.
    2. If the address is correct, check with people in that address, some other people might have picked you package.
    3. If nobody got your package, contact your local post person and check where he left the package.
    4. Contact me if you cannot find it by #1, #2 and #3.
