Buyer is responsible and pays for ALL shipping and international shipping customs fees (if applicable). We are NOT responsible for any and all customs or government fees you will be charged when you import your package. We do combine shipping on most border, Wallies, and small Wallies mural auctions for $7.50 to domestic addresses only. There are certain border and applique/sticker auctions we do NOT combine shipping. Those items are specified in the auction. We also do NOT combine shipping on wallpaper or international orders, sorry. Please contact us if you have questions about your shipping fee. We are happy to give you shipping quotes for your purchase/s, so just email or give us a call. We will not ship your products unless we do have payment IN FULL.
--Our shipping schedule is as follows:
Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours after payment is received. An email stating the shipping date is sent to every customer regarding their order. Packages being shipped within the US are either shipped using Priority Mail, First Class Mail (Wallies only), or UPS Ground. Priority Mail is an average 2-5 business day delivery time, and ONLY offers delivery confirmation numbers. Since this is the case, actual tracking numbers aren't available. If you prefer to ship through UPS Ground for a tracking number, you will need to pay for that shipping option when you make payment.
For international customers, we do 1 shipment a week to the Post Office, usually the end of the week (Saturdays). We ship most orders through Priority Mail International (as of May 14, 2007), which is a 6-10 business day delivery time. Insurance is available but not included in the initial shipping price. If you want insurance, just let us know before you pay so we can edit your invoice to include the insurance price. Tracking is available to major destinations but will need to be requested by the buyer.
Also, it is our policy that we mark ALL customs forms with either "other" or "merchandise" ONLY in the amount you paid for the auction (shipping is not included in this amount). So please understand you WILL encounter customs fees as your package arrives in your country. You the buyer are responsible for those added charges. We are NOT responsible for any and all customs or government fees you will be charged when you import your package.
**Please note that we are only responsible for the shipment time of packages and are not responsible for the delivery time. The above shipping delivery times are estimates. Sometimes your package might take up to a week longer than what's expected. So please be patient if your package takes a few days longer to be delivered than what is stated. If your package does get lost, damaged, etc, please contact us ASAP and we will make sure to file the appropriate claims and get your purchase to you. We assure you will NOT go without getting your purchase.

--If our stock has run out and we cannot fill your order at the time payment is received, we WILL email you 24-48 hours (business days, weekends not included in this time frame) after your payment is received with an estimated time of shipment to you. PLEASE check your email frequently to ensure there is no miscommunication about your order. We pride ourselves in TOP QUALITY customer service and promise to provide that to every customer. So please work with us in communication regarding your order/s.
If there is a backorder on your item, we will email you regarding that information as well. Please understand that backorders are out of our control and we do our best to keep you updated as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Also, on the very rare instance a pattern has been discontinued, we will also email you about that information as promptly as possible. A refund in the full amount will be issued to you, unless you'd like to exchange for a different pattern.
Finally, if the product you have received seems defective in any way, please contact us. We will replace any and every defective product in a different lot number or issue you a credit. BUT, we must determine it's actually defective before we will replace or credit. Please contact us if this does seem to be the case.
--At any time, if your order has not shipped, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact us to do so. All refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment(ie: Paypal, credit card, check).
