Our lucky Fall winner is Cosmo! Cosmo is a rare Blue Quaker parrot (also known as a
Monk Parrot) who lives in Northville, Michigan. In the picture above he's showing off his fun
and creative Halloween costume, lovingly made just for him by his pet human, Jennifer,
