What forms of payment do you accept? Gold bricks, Paypal, money orders and personal checks (will need to clear the bank first before I can send your item).
Do you ship overseas? Heck yes we do! We ship everywhere EXCEPT ITALY.
Will you check my customs label "Gift"? No, sorry, that would be a federal offense. We fly right here @ W.T.G.
Do you ship to alternate adresses? Sometimes, just ask.
Do you combine shipping? Heck yes we do! Just let me know which items you are interested in and where you are located. As a general rule, it's usually (pay the highest s&h for the first item and then $2.00 each additional item).
When will you send out my purchase? Speedy Fast! Like usually within 3 business days.
When will you leave me feedback? Feedbacks are left in batches usually. Don't sweat it, if it takes me a week to give you your highest praises. I will, I will!
Do you have a return policy? We try not to stick to "policies" here at W.T.G. All of our clients are individuals with individual needs and we try to cater to them all.
I bought this as a gift for someone and he/she doesn't like it. Can I return it? Not Usually. We highly recommend not purchasing clothing items as gifts (unless you REALLY know for sure that the recipient will love it.....What you think someone will like. And what they ACTUALLY like can be way different..
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit? Not usually, as we go out of our way to provide Many measurements.
How do you authenticate your clothing? Much research! through books, old magazines, catalogs and publications, experience handling thousands of pieces, the internet, old-timers etc....and if we don't know the age of something. We'll just tell you "We don't know".
Are you an expert? No, we don't claim to be experts on anything. But we do know some stuff!
How do you price your items? There are many different factors that reflect upon item pricing.....rarity, condition, current trends and popular styles, sizing, time and effort in finding these wonderful pieces, our purchase price, etc...
Where do you get all of your fabulous inventory? Many different sources. None of which we can reveal at this time.
Do you accept wish lists? We sure do! What do you need?
Do you do consignment? No, not at this time. (well maybe. if it's something really spectacular!)
Do you accept invitations to purchase vintage clothing? We do indeed!
Do you buy wholesale vintage clothing? We do, provided we have the room to store it.
Do you sell wholesale vintage clothing? We do! usually 2 times a year we list wholesale lots on ebay. So it'd be a good idea to sign up for our newsletter.
Will you buy my Grandpa's old clothing? Possibly!
Do you loan out your clothing? Sometimes, arrangements can be made for that.
Do you have gift certificates or gift cards available? Not at this time, but we are working on it.
Do you have a catalog? No, as each item is unique.
Do you have a "Brick and Mortar" Store? No, we sell exclusively on the internet.
How do you store and take care of your wool items? All wool items are vacuumed and then stored in a deep freeze for no less than 3 days. At which time they are removed, vacuumed again, and then put back into the freezer.
Can i be a W.T.G. model? Possibly, do you work for free?
Can I use your pictures? Yes, we're not picky about that at all.
What kind of camera do you use? An old one (Sony Mavica) but we're looking to upgrade soon.
Will you go out on a date with me? Yes! Sure I will. Provided you fly me somewhere tropical and your name is Kiefer Sutherland.
Will you outfit my band? Sure! As long as I have your sizes and styles in stock.
Will you ever sell your entire business? Yes, for the right price. Are you making an offer?
