STORE AND LISTING FORMATS: First of all, i'd like to tell you a little about my store listings....I am all about Simplicity! The simpler the better, in my book...I try to keep my store format as simple and as close to ebay format as i possibly can. I don't want you to enter my store and be totally overwhelmed with too many fancy schmancy pictures, logos, music, animation, bells, whistles, buttons and things like that......The same goes for my item listings....I won't try to impress you with my knowledge of html because (A: i'm not real savvy to it anyway and (B: although fancy templates and pretty backgrounds are visually appealing and fun to look at, they do make pages load slower...for those who are on dial-up, that can be really frustrating. I know your time is valuable so I will not waste it! You came to see a specific item and that's what you should see!

WHAT I WILL DO: Is always try to give the most accurate descriptions that I possibly can.....I will add lots of pictures so you can actually see what you will be getting...I will try to answer all questions in a timely manner...I will always treat you fairly, and with dignity and respect.

SHIPPING: I ship in a timely manner after receiving payment, although it might not be the very next day...Shipping is one of my highest priorities. You want your item(s) as soon as possible, and i want to get them to you A.S.A.P.....If by chance you don't hear from me after you have paid for your purchase? Rest assured that i am on it, and will mail your goodies out within 5 business days (but most of the time a lot sooner)...Sometimes life does happen, and there are times when i'm away from my computer for a couple days. I often take weekend buying trips, as i'm always in search of those special somethings, but i will not forget about about YOU my valuable customer.

RETURNS: Honestly, I've never had anyone ask to return something. If and when that time comes? All transactions will be dealt with on an individual basis...I am so easy to work with it's not funny! Please just communicate with me!

FEEDBACK: I seriously value my feedback rating, as well as yours. I will never leave you a neutral or negative feedback without trying to resolve an issue with you first. I would appreciate this same courtesy. Always contact me if you have any questions or concerns.....Feedback is totally optional, NOT mandatory..and while i love getting awesome feedback from you, i will never pressure you, remind you, or even politely ask you to leave me appropriate FB...You can if you want, or you don't have to if you don't want.

IT'S SO SIMPLE: It really is!....You purchase or win something from me....You pay for it in a timely manner....I ship your new widget to you...You open it when it arrives and squeal in delight!....and if you have any questions along the way?...You just email me through the "Ask Seller Question" Button....It usually IS that easy!

SUGGESTIONS FROM YOU THE BUYER: If at anytime you feel that my listings are not up to par. my pictures stink or there aren't enough? the text is too hard to read or confusing? my descriptions aren't accurate? i misspelled a word in my title?....PLEASE do not hesitate to tell me these things....i am still learning and learn new things every day, to try and make your ebay shopping experience a terrific one!....any and all comments or suggestions on how to make Wardrobe The Globe the best it can be, will be considered and are very much appreciated!...(oh, and please just try to be nice about it when writing in...i still have feelings and stuff ;)...thanks!)
