	A:Except for items advertised "AS IS", there is a 1 week return policy. You have 1 week from its delvry date to check out the instrument. If it was our mistake, ie not as advertised, we will cover shipping both ways in the U.S.. 	Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

	A:The ETA on domestic orders is about 5-10 days from cleared payment. Personal check take about 10 business days to clear. Paypal echeck payments take about 5 business days to clear. We will email when your order ships. The ETA on international orders is about 10-20 days, but can vary due to customs,

	Q:Do you speak in OTHER LANGUAGES (Spanish, Italian, French, etc)?

	A:No, we are all fluent in English only :), I am afraid. We however use google translation software. We use this software to communicate by email in other languages. Below are examples in Spanish and Italian: No, somos todos fluidos en inglés solamente:), Estoy asustado. No, siamo soltanto tutti fluenti in inglese:), Sono impaurito.
	Q:Your toll free 1-800-800-0087 is only good in the U.S.? How can I call you from OUTSIDE THE U.S.?

	A:You can call us at 00-1-262-860-1800. Bear in mind, this is not toll free :). Also we have a Skype phone 714-709-4621. Skype is a computer phone which is FREE skype to skype account anywhere in the world. Skype to landline is close to free. SKYPE us today with live computer video phone! Skype is an eBay company.
	Q:I live OUTSIDE THE U.S., will there be an import custom tax charged on the shipment?

	A:Yes, there will be a custom tax. Items of smaller value however, may not have a tax. This however, is all dependent on your individual country's custom import laws. 	Q:Are shipment delays normal for OUTSIDE THE U.S. and MILITARY mail?

	A:Yes, delays can occur. Usually 10-20 days for international and military mail is standard. On a few, about 5% of these shipments get delayed further due to customs, etc.. Insurance claims, tracers, etc. can be filed after 30 days.
