We accept instant Paypal, money order, cashiers checks, Bidpay money order, bank wire transfers, and personal checks. 

Over the phone, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards. 

FOR ALL CREDIT CARDS, WE SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS (BILLING OR OTHER AUTHORIZED ADDRESS).  COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF USA, UK, AND CANADA UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT HAVE ABILITY TO CONFIRM CREDIT CARD'S ADDRESS.  For these countries we request money orders or bank wire transfer.  Email us for details. 

Upon receiving payments above we ship within 3 business days.

Orders paid by personal and business checks are held for 10 business days before shipping. 

Orders paid by Paypal e-check are held for 3-7 days before shipping.

The advertised shipping and handling (s/h) will apply for all orders shipped in the contiguous 48 US states.  The s/h includes shipping damage or loss insurance. 

International and outside the contiguous 48 U.S. states customers must email or call us first with their address for a s/h rate if this s/h rate is not indicated in ad description.   

Sales tax

Warpdrivemusic collects sales tax of 5.6% in Wisconsin.  Warpdrivemusic customers pay Wisconsin sales tax if orders are picked up or delivered in Wisconsin.  In other states or countries, each customer is responsible for their own taxes.  INTERNATIONAL, PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CUSTOM IMPORT TAXES.  PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS. 

Customer service & return policy

Except for items declared in auction "AS IS", you may return all items sold by warpdrivemusic within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please email or call us for details on how to proceed with a return. 

We will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

·        Any item opened from sealed display packaging.

·        Any item that is not in its original condition, is  damaged, or is missing parts.
