| A:You may return any unused item in its original packaging, within 14 days, for a full refund (excluding S/H & Insurance charges). All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization #. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any item returned without an RMA # is subject to a 20% restocking fee. |

For address where UPS cannot deliver we will use the Postal Service and ship via Priority Mail with Signature confirmation. |

| Q:I have a smaller/larger then usual wrist. Do you resize your watches? |

| A:Yes. Most of our watches can be resized. After the close of auction, please email us you "exact" wrist size and we will size the watch accordingly. There is no charge for shortening a watch. For lengthening, the cost will depend on the type of band and by how much it needs to be lengthened. You will receive an email with the alteration cost. |
