3 day return policy (except for pumps) as detailed below. Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery- unopened,and all paperwork and packaging must be included. Contact Waterscape Designs, Inc. prior to returning for a return authorization. Qualified returns will receive a refund excluding shipping charges. Buyer must also pay return shipping charges.
