Return Policy

All Wayfair.com items sold on the eBay Marketplace are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full price of the item minus the return shipping costs. If the purchase was sent with "free shipping" the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

There are a few exceptions to this policy:

  • Shoes, Luggage and Bags are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • We do not accept returns for items bought as "used".
  • We do not accept returns of assembled, used or modified items.
  • Mattresses are exchangeable once within 100 days of delivery and a $99 exchange fee will apply.
  • Flooring is only returnable in quantities of 4 cartons or more.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

First of all, we're sorry that happened. Let us help you in every way we can. Go to wayfair.com/ebaysupport. We send out replacement parts or a full unit free of charge if your item arrives missing parts, damaged or defective.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel an order or make any changes to it, please call us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE at 1-877-WAYFAIR (1-877-929-3247). We can't cancel an order once it has shipped, so the sooner you call the better our chance of catching the order in time. If we can't make the change or cancellation before the order ships, you may need to return the item, which would fall under our standard return policy.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Nope, not unless your order is going to MA, UT, NY, or KY – in those states, we are required by law to collect sales tax. (Sorry.)

Order Acceptance

Wayfair.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Wayfair reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). In the event of an erroneous listing we will refund your money as soon as possible.
