Q: Do you combine purchases?
Yes, we combine all NON PAID won items with in a 5 day time period. Combining shipping saves our customers on shipping costs and saves us time! If your invoice is not showing the correct disounted rate, just let us know and we will fix it for you.
Q: Do you over-charge for shipping?
A: Our shipping costs are actual shipping costs charged by the post office. We do NOT have any fees or handling costs. The post office cost is based on weight plus .18 for delivery confirmation on first class mail (no charge for delivery confirmation on Priority). First class mail cost is anywhere from 1.52 to 3.39, Priority mail starts at 4.75 for up to one pound, then increases by weight and distance from our State which is PA. There are no hidden costs or fees. You can find out exactly how much your package cost to ship by looking in the upper left hand side of the shipping lable next to the big 1 or P.
Q: When will my package be shipped?
A: We try to get all orders out ASAP. We go to the post office at 8:00 am EST Monday - Friday (no Saturdays or Sundays). Items will be shipped in no more than 3 business days, but are almost always the same/next day. The only way it would be 3 days is if it should get so busy during the Holidays.
Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and POSTAL money orders (These do have to be purchased at a post office and we can cash them at the post office as we are always there). We do not accept any other money orders or checks as we never have time to get to the bank.
Q: How can we contact you?
A: We strongly suggest using the Ebay contact seller link to contact us. This way we are sure that all emails will be received and not placed in spam. Ebays sellers get hit with SPAM quite often, so if it is sent through Ebays contact seller form then I know it is a real email.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We are pleased to announce that as of May 26th we will be offering our auctions internationally. This option is only avialable on auctions that do not have free shipping. International packages will be shipped via International Express mail ONLY. We cannot make any exceptions to this.
Q: I am not happy with my purchase and/or have not received my items?
A: We ask our customers to PLEASE contact us should you have any problems for any reason. Our main goal is to have happy customers that continue to return to shop with us. We will gladly work with you to fix any problems that may arise. Please just let us know as we cannot fix a problem that we did not know existed.
Q: The item discription shows it is for a lot of 25 items but next to items available it is only showing 4. How many items will I receive if I make this purchase?
A: The discription and title indicate how many items you will receive. The quanity available show how many lots of this are available. In the question example shown above, it would be that we have 4 sets of 25 beads available (100 total). If you use the buy it now button and purchase 1 you will receive 25 beads, if you use the buy it now option and purchase 2 you will receive 50 beads, and so on. |
