| Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
All payments that are received by 1PM PST will be shipped the same day, barring any extenuating circumstances. Keep in mind that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you have a special shipping request, please feel free to contact us, and we would be happy to accomodate you. |
| Q: Can I combine shipping? |
We can always combine items to reduce shipping costs. If you place more than one order with us, please allow us to send you a revised invoice with combined shipping before you pay for your items. Also, eBay is generally not very accurate in its combined shipping estimates. If you have any questions about combined shipping costs, please feel free to contact us. |
| Q: How do I return an item? |
If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. All items must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped in, including any manuals, cables, accessories, etc. that may have come with your item. Items should be packed securely with adequate packing material, and the box should be sealed with packaging tape. To expedite the processing of your return, the return merchandise authorization number ( RMA#) provided by WeirdStuff must be written conspicuously on the outside of the box. To ensure smooth delivery, remember to remove all old shipping labels from the carton and to hang on to your tracking number in case you need to track the package. If an item is returned incomplete, or without the proper packaging or is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the delivery, and the item will be returned to you at your expense. |
| Q: How do I obtain an RMA? |
To obtain an RMA# please contact our Customer Service Department at (408)743-5650 Ext 301 or email auctions@weirdstuff.com. You may also fill out an RMA Request Form. Once we receive this, we will reply within 2 business days with a RMA number for your order. | Q: I think I received the wrong items, or an item is missing. What do I do? |
Oops! If you receive the wrong item or you are missing an item from your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at the number or email below. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
