westchestervillage was very professional and responsive to any questions, concerns I had about the product. For example, they stepped in to quickly help resolve a shipping issue I encountered with receiving the item. They will even take the time to show me how to navigate or view their CD/DVD s by showing me what programs I will need to download on my computer which are necessary to view the DVD. We shipped this via USPS, it seem like USPS is still delivering this package to you and it's still in route to you. What do yo mean, if this is a scan? You mean scam? Why would we scam you as a Top Rated Seller? These shipping hiccups occur with USPS. We are talking to the USPS to see why your package is still not delivered. Leaving negative feedback instead of talking to us first solves nothing. Nobody is here to steal from you. These USPS delays happen. We drop off packages, we don't deliver.
