Payment is expected within 7 days of the close of the listing. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact us promptly. We will accept other payment types, such as money orders, checks or payment via paypal. Please read the listing carefully before you buy an item or bid on an item.

Western Things plus Bling (Seller) inspects each item before shipping. We are not responsible for broken or mishandled items through the shipping process. If the buyer would like to purchase shipping insurance, we would happy to add that charge. Buyer has seven (7) days from receipt of the item (or items) and on some items it is (3) days to return the item (or items) to the seller. The seller must be notified by email that you are returning the item (or items). The item (all items) must be returned in the same condition as received and repacked in the same packaging and shipped back to the seller in the same manner as shipped to the buyer. After an incoming inspection of the all items, a refund will be made to the buyer through Paypal for the selling price only. No shipping costs will be returned (original or return shipping). Returned items without an exchage will be subject to a restocking fee as follows: $150.01+ = $15.00 $75.01- $150.00 = $10.00 $ 0.00- $75.00 = $5.00 Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.
